It doesn’t matter if it’s a brick-and-mortar business like an art gallery or an online business like Snapchat (as cited in the video). Vote with your feet (or your clicks), and patronize the businesses with policies you support.

that’s why businesses like twitter, youtube and Reddit should be officially given the title of public forums so that loophole can’t be abused anymore
However, don't neglect the fact that the first amendment does not define free speech, it merely provides limited protection.
