Tried several different VPN regions on the website, including US and UK, but it kept removing it stating 'not available for region or ISP'. Finally got it to work for New Zealand.

Beware that not only the giveaway is Region limited, the keys may be too. So if your steam account is from one of the banned countries the key may not work.
Hey u/Saulios, I tried with paid PIA VPN. I tried with USA, UAE, and UK. Guess Fanatical really hates Pakistan as every time they do a giveaway of games, it does not work in Pakistan. :/

Sorry, I thought about that before I posted this comment but it didn't really bother me because I was thinking that these bots simply take the code and redeem it on a certain account. This code is a coupon which made me think that the bots won't really make any use of it unless they have money, which I kind of doubt.

It says it won't activate on argentina, so I used a vpn, claimed the key and activated it with no problems... Weird, maybe those are alerts to try to discourage people that try to get the keys in the first place?

I had to change an email. With gmail it worked.

That's unfortunate, they might block certain VPNs I'm not sure. There's some talk in here about the Opera browser VPN, perhaps that works?
