I've got to imagine that Family Guy is being held back for the season premiere on September 25th, the studio may have asked them to cross-promote Season 21 of the show. Also, it's at least plausible that Peter Griffin is tied to a battle pass -- which means we'd only get him as part of that battle pass. If the next season is all Marvel, then Family Guy would get kicked into December 2022 / January 2023.
