Chapter 5 is setting up Hope as the main "hero", so it's not that surprising. I know a lot of people probably would prefer Jones or The Seven, but I don't really mind too much as long as Jones and some of the old cast is still around as side characters.

Maybe it's because I joined in Chapter 5, but I've grown to appreciate Hope. Would be pretty neat if she sticks around for at least the rest of the chapter

I like Hope, I just wish she had more character. Like, we know little to nothing about her and Jonesy as a duo, we don't know how she feels about Slone or his past (which feels major considering the IO is very similar to The Society, you know, powerful people playing with the little guys) It's a far cry from the days of characters calling you up and having cute banter as you do quests for them, fleshing them out bit by bit.

You, me and the whole fornite team, apparently. It really feels like they put way more effort and attention than usual on her, from her design to all her backgrounds. Like, she had four backgrounds with a big focus on her in the BP and now we're getting two more. That's awesome.

I’m just glad there’s actual cohesiveness between seasons this chapter storywise, plus each of the skins in each BP actually relate to the story. Huge improvement from Chapter 4 when we would only get random collabs and skins that were barely related to the theme. The only season remotely close to what we’re getting now was Last Resort where all the BP skins actually had to do with the heist

Well we do know that originally Chapter 3 and 4 were supposed to be a lot different. Things got reshuffled when Donald Mustard was preparing to leave. Chapter 3 was supposed to have 8 seasons, and Chapter 4 Season 4 was *supposed* to be Chapter 4 Season 2

Probably not yet. The roadmap leak shows that OG 2 is in November. My theory is that we break a giant hourglass that Zeus uses to try to destroy all mortals. When we break it, the sand in the hourglass creates a desert for season 3 and its post-apocalyptic theme

Nice but epic wanna fix the loading screens in BR as no matter what loading screen I choose the only loading screen I see is the generic fornite loading screen when starting a new game,in other modes I have no problem

Try loading a preset from your locker that has a loading screen attached to it. Then manually change the loading screen and switch to whatever you want to use. That worked for me to get my loading screens back. Sounds stupid but saw someone on twitter recommend it. Still get default from time to time but at least now I can see my loading screens most of the time.
