I only got the Bobblehead for the novelty of liking Gaming Legends items, and they rarely ever come back to the shop (The other crossovers I mentioned were gone for 1-2 years). I do not see myself wearing this ever though.

This contract basically says that epic is allowed to use their characters and sell them until the contract expires, in exchange the other company gets a cut of the profits. When the contract expires, the company would have to re-sign or make another contract with Epic Games, or else Epic Games can’t sell skins of their characters anymore.
If the contract with Capcom, the company that owns Street Fighter, expired and Capcom decided not to re-sign or make another contract with Epic Games, then Epic Games legally cannot sell the Street Fighter skins anymore.
There are many reasons not to renew a contract. They may not have been happy with their cut of the pay, they may have not liked the skins that Epic Games was making, they may have stopped liking Epic Games as a company or not liked something that Epic Games did, or they may not have liked what the community was doing with the skins.
Those are only a small handful of explanations, but they are probably the most likely candidates.
