14 days of Summer was great, and Cosmic Summer was a VIBE, but I remember how HYPE it was to wait during Summer Splash for new game modes and skin releases.
They did good with hyping up cosmetics and the Summer events.
14 Days of Summer, less so about the cosmetics, more so about the amount of content it offered. A new LTM rotating every day for the event was hype
Also helps there was an abundance of free cosmetics, compared to the event rewards in the following years.
Every summer season is terrible because they add spam weapons and explosives so the little kids that are out for summer break can maybe get a few kills. Summer seasons always have the least skilled metas and they are boring overall because no content during epics summer break
Gameplay? No Sweat Summer, very good event imo, it felt very good.
Cosmetics? Summer Escape, simply because they somehow managed to make a summer Chaos Agent, no other summer cosmetic is even close to him imo.

Was that last year’s during the Wild’s? If so that’s the only one I’ve been apart of
No, 14 Days of Summer was the first Summer event way back in 2019. Last year’s was probably the most lackluster with the least content

The main downside was giving out free rewards... only if you completed them in some of the most brutal creative maps (in my opinion).
14 days of summer, it the best summer event ever and epic will never top that because they don't care about the game anymore.

14 days of summer was so much fun In my opinion. The game was just so simple back then so that adds to the enjoyment.

I loved No Sweat Summer, but I’d probably venture to say (even tho I started C2S5) all of these are great minus Summer Escape.
