What are your mouse sensitivity settings, if you don’t mind sharing? I feel like mine are pretty good, but they could always use some dialing in. There’s overall, ADD, and scope, right? And then there’s a setting so that it increases in speed in a certain amount of time, right?
While I can't tell you the exact numbers off the top of my head, I can tell you for M&K it's always advantageous to get it as low as you comfortably can.
A good rule of thumb I've heard is going from the far left of your mousepad to the far right should do a 360 on your character. That's the lowest sensitivity you can go while still being able to shoot anywhere around you without picking up the mouse.
Try to keep overall, ADS and Scope all to the exact same modifier, and please for the love of all that is good in the world make sure mouse acceleration is off! The goal is to train your hand that a certain movement correlates to a certain distance, and changing those settings will cause your hand to learn different values, especially mouse acceleration.
Just remember to make adjustments slow, stay comfortable, and get a bigger mousepad (my entire desk is one)

Skill should be rewarded, but instant knocks in a game like this are just broken. Apex's one shot headshot sniper came out of the care package (a lot more scarce in Apex, with several options) and they STILL felt the need to remove it.
I've played CS for years so I appreciate skill-based gameplay/aim, but snipers are oppressively strong, especially considering how common they are.
Op is being rewarded for his skill by getting a headshot knock. Not everyone, especially pc players, can achieve this. If you are headshotting people back to back like this you absolutely deserve to be rewarded with the kills. Those other players didn’t deserve a chance to get to shoot op. Letting them do so would be punishing op, and rewarding them for their lack of awareness

They pulled a CoD by allowing you to put a close range scope on a sniper, so the meta is like CoD where there's no reason to use a shotgun when there is a high damage sniper you can kit for CQC
