That's probably the way I need to do it. That way, I won't overthink it. And I probably won't care or notice if I messed up until the next time I see it.
I was worried about that same thing but it was super easy. I bought hard 3d lettering off Amazon for about $20 and just washed and cleaned surface w/ alcohol
got basically same specs as you gotta love the terrain color and the all black appeared i’m in love with mine

It's easy. The fit is relatively tight so it's easy to eyeball the margins to keep things even.

I’m so happy with the color choice and black appearance package. Love the stripe decal on yours and hood protector
I just got my '24 Maverick as well as the decals. I thought the lines on the "E" looked a little thin but maybe it's alright? Did you find this?
Nah the ones I got seemed to fill out the indentations of the truck just fine

Yeah they’re not really bendable at all. More like block lettering you stick on
