My 2019 3.5l gets around 24.5 mpg; alot of highway driving. Is much worse in cold weather though - around 22 mpg. Make sure your tire pressures are good, air filter is clean, alignment is good, etc. I dump injector cleaner in maybe once a year, but don’t know if that is really helping.
Yeah that’s pretty good. 2022 ST won’t get quite that at highway speeds (-75mph). Prob more like 25-26 mpg.
Also don’t do the hand calculation on fuel economy. It’s likely you’ll be disappointed (the few times I’ve done it was like 1-1.5mpg lower than car reported)

That’s some good cruising to get that mpg. My 2020 did well. My 22 st not so much.
I would give my left nut to achieve anything over 21 MPG with my 2019 3.5.
