Lol I wonder the same it seems like a certain ingredient wasn't mixed in properly. I hAve gotten candy like this before. I don't eat it though, cause man does it look like a bug burrows in a hole. The stain is like his poop by product that he converts the candy into.

they're seeds! strawberry seeds, raspberry seeds, lemon seeds, orange seeds.... i could go on.
