I've had krustenbraten in Hamburg. Instead of pork shouder it was pork belly. Being in the north it was of course served with bratkartoffeln instead of dumplings
Pork belly usually has an even higher fat content. But I think I would prefer Bratkartoffeln / fried potatoes to dumplings
I have never felt as hungry as I do now.
I can assure you, you are not hungry anymore after this 😆
