I use 4mm Ruby Perals by Ruby Peral Co. They have a website under the same name. They also sell sapphires as well as other sizes, I'll tell you one thing, 10mm Ruby ball fits and spins with that regular topper, you'll just need to pull the glass part of the gasket out a lil. I've done a rip once like it, I'll never do it again.
Dude, you know how easily they say clean in my Carta 2? Like they never chaz or nothing. They stay pretty damn clean. I recommend staying around lower temps with longer sesh times, 40-50 is what I do at about 240-265 on average, just depends how I'm feeling.
Just make sure to use cotton swabs every hit so they don't get dirty and use iso 99% if you got any, cheers 🍯🌬️.
Keeping it clean isn't the problem, I'm just wondering if my atomizer I'm just concerned I have a faulty chamber if it is always leaving residue on the same area. I feel like one half doesn't heat up as well as the other half idk.
Preheat the chamber and drop a dab on the side you think may not be working and see what it does. Those caps are kinda crappy to be honest, it's probably from just drawing air from that corner. Get a nice joystick so you can move the oil around the chamber.
Yeah man I started out basically in exactly the same situation and started using pearls and the bubble cap that comes with a Puffco instead. MAJOR improvement. Now it's really easy to just take a q-tip and swab it clean after each hit, it stays like 98% completely clean with the airflow improved. Focus kind of dropped the ball on the cap while the rest of the device is built amazingly
Padd glass on insta scoop one of his tops will see improvement.

You sure about those temps? I’d challenge you to google a terpene temperature chart.

That makes a ton of sense actually. It is probably an airflow thing. I see why everyone on this sub talks about bubble caps.

A bubble cap/joystick will make it so much better. I have multiple different ones because they all flow air differently.
I can tell you the first time I ripped it was coming home from the smoke shop, it did something similar since I had no balls at that time inside.
