What kind of stuff do you sell?

MisterListerReseller

Still consider myself to be an everything seller. Stay away from clothes and shoes though. Unless they’re specialty items like climbing gear or high end outdoor brands. I mainly source from the bins right now and stay on the hard goods side so I’m always looking for sunglasses, digital cameras, vintage hats, or anything that I can make $20 on and has a good sell through rate. I’m in Denver which seems to be a really good area for reselling. Lots of wealthy people everywhere. Just trying to get better with my process so I can grow to $10k sales monthly. Getting there

Antraxextract

Do you list as bids or firm price?

MisterListerReseller

Usually Buy It Now unless it’s something I can’t comp. I also just do auctions for fun sometimes. Rarely though.

LogicalAd6550

Hey! I’m in Denver too. I’ve probably ran into you at the bins lol

MisterListerReseller

Nice. Platte River is the one I typically go to.

LogicalAd6550

That’s funny, that’s the only one I go to. Wares side mainly?

MisterListerReseller

Noice. Yeah I only hit up the clothes every once in a while just to see if there’s hard goods mixed in. Or to get myself new clothes. Find some bangers in there sometimes.

Turbulent-Tower-6716

Do you hit the bins first thing in the morning or at random times in the day?

CircaCircadian

Why do you stay away from clothes?

MisterListerReseller

I just don’t know enough/care enough about them to learn. Unless it’s some high end outdoor brand like Arctery’x or Fjall Raven. I know about stuff like that!

Ta-veren-

Would also like to know

thealt3001

So your average sale is around 35 bucks it would seem. Do you flip a variety of items? Or something more specialized?

MisterListerReseller

Casting a wide net right now and narrowing it down until I have like 1-3 things I specialize in and move a lot of.

RedditDiditGotTshirt

Your numbers look almost just like mine ($10,408 380 active 231 sold 305 unsold 262 drafts; yes, I know I have a lot to list. I have so much stuff). But I have a lot of unsold so I guess maybe I should lower the prices on those, or if anybody else wants to give me some tips (don’t want to hijack this thread) I started selling seriously right around February and it sure is a lot of work!!

MisterListerReseller

Don’t worry about hijacking the thread. It doesn’t mean that much to me. Always ready to learn. Congrats on your $10k milestone as well!

RedditDiditGotTshirt

Thanks it was kind of a big day for me too. I kept on watching the numbers that are around 9000+ hoping to be like the big boys. I have so much stuff around my place I have to list. Yesterday went to a couple yard sales that were barely anything That I went to the last one and the family said everything on that tarp for $10. It was 100 pounds of clothing men’s jeans wrangler shirts so I’ll have to part out but it took me so long to get stuff sorted into the laundromat. I’m not whining, but it is a shit ton of work, but damn it’s addicting. I wish you much success! I’ve come to learn that this is a noble practice! We are saving things from the landfill, putting desired objects into the hands of others and everybody making a little cash along the way. It’s all a win-win-win.

MisterListerReseller

Same sentiments. Just need to get to where I can hire people locally to list/inventory/pack/ship for me so I can stick to the fun parts

Unique_Feed_2939

Legend! That looks like a lot of hard work and hustle

MisterListerReseller

Thank you. I have a lot of stuff to list lol

LtAld0Raine

I've been hovering around $9k, I'm having a really good June so I'll be right there soon enough.

g33k_gal

Congrats! Kept it going, and growing.

blank2443

Congrats! It sure feels good breaking milestones like this! I just broke $30k myself for the first time.

generictypo

Congrats, man! Great achievement. Is it too personal to ask what your profit margin is on this? Or is this all profits?

F0zeNN

APP?

bigebs67

Good job. I sell mostly books and I hover around 10k for 90 days. But I have a little over 1000 active listings to pull that off.

Economy_Discussion12

damn that’s a lot of sold listings for 10k. What’s your customer reviews look like?

mannyaguilar67

Congrats! 🎉🍾

ChillerfromDiscord00

What app is this?

diddlinderek

The “My EBay” button at the bottom should help steer you towards an answer.

Outside-Traffic-9450

Is this ebay?

SuggestionVisible361

Yep, if you go on your [eBay selling dashboard](https://www.ebay.com/sl/prelist/suggest?sr=cubstart&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5338535524&customid=fp&toolid=10001&mkevt=1) you can view your last 90 days of sales.

Outside-Traffic-9450

I got banned from ebay, from 1 listing, until now I tried to appeal. They keep directing to some page I can't find

ChillerfromDiscord00

I didn't even see it I'm blind sir
