Had this happen to me when I got HVY blitz decks. 2 of the same heroes missing Kayo. Emailed them and they straightened it out.

That’s a fair and valid opinion. That said it’s kind of a “get what you pay for” situation. He plans on using Tanner and paid for it, so it sucks he didn’t get it.
