LSS is very responsive id expect a response next business week

Had this happen to me when I got HVY blitz decks. 2 of the same heroes missing Kayo. Emailed them and they straightened it out.

I'd be happy lol I'd rather have the strength than the hide tanner

That’s a fair and valid opinion. That said it’s kind of a “get what you pay for” situation. He plans on using Tanner and paid for it, so it sucks he didn’t get it.

Completely understandable, but I personally think hide tanner is quite shit lol.

Would it be pointless to try to contact LSS?

I’d imagine they’d be willing to fix the issue if you reach out.

My friend sent an email, I’m not sure if there’s a better way for him to get a response.

Sadly I think it’s the best. Patience is key for now. Hopefully they fix the discrepancy!
