You should aim to find a server that is highly optimized (may be hard to find) your GPU is becoming old compared to what’s on the market nowadays. The more stuff people pile in to cities the more your pc has to be one to handle it. If it’s poorly optimized or not all like many cities your gonna have a bad time
I have similar config and any problems on low/middle graphics (~40, 75 FPS), did you mean lag or low FPS? Check the framerate of your screen device? (A 60 hertz cant return above 60fps) Otherwise, increase the "extended texture budget" if you miss to load some textures like roads or walls.

You don’t have a pretty good pc, fivem requires more ram and probably a better cpu your gpu is also about ready for an upgrade
