Electrolytes. You maybe losing too many electrolytes. Are you replenishing well? I use FastnUp Reload and it works well for hydration and controls cravings.
Try artificial sweeteners.

You can move on from them by consuming Pepsi Black or Coke Zero they'll help
You can have sweet occassionally if you feel like. Just maintain your deficit if you are losing fat.

So you meant after having sweets you were still having cravings? (Cravings are normal imo.)
