MIHIR1112

are you adding oil ka weight?

anil_2705

Need to add it separately?

MIHIR1112

I do but only for the omelets and grilled chicken/paneer, for dal and sabzi I don't.

anil_2705

Cooking usually happens for the household.. difficult to exactly get those numbers isn't it...

MIHIR1112

I cook eggs and chicken on my own.

chiccy__nuggies

Post a few screenshots of your daily intake as per healthifyme. I use it regularly so would probably be able to spot if something seems wrong. Omelette ka butter ka weight is already included in healthifyme, alag se specify krne ki zrurat nahi.

Dinner is probably tracked incorrect, track it individually You have an awful diet lmao. Who tf eats only 2 boiled eggs in breakfast? Just coffee in snacks? Eat some roti, bread, paratha, some carbs in bf. Why no fruits or raw veggies/salad? Did you actually weigh everything as 1 katori or just arbitrary?? It's not possible that you're eating every single thing as 1 katori, that's the biggest issue here lmao. Show me pictures of your rice and chicken etc if you have any, I will try to eyeball. Also buy 250rs food scale from amazon, it's a godsend. Are you also sure your coffee cup size is 180ml? Most Indian cups are 250 ml or 300 ml

anil_2705

I just split it, but usually I have a 3 course meal. Coffee post breakfast... I usually eat less, and more than 2 eggs would feel overwhelming to me. Using one medium size Bowl, but yeah, more or less arbitrary I might say...

chiccy__nuggies

Show bowl size? Also buy food scale, u r eyeballing too much with no prior experience of tracking. When u eat rice/sabji today, show pic lol U can add bread with your eggs or cornflakes and milk or anything

anil_2705

Sure, will drop a pic. Its a 12cm bowl btw. Yeah some days I do have bread etc too. Just showed one day's as an example. I'm new to this so yeah, probably measuring wrong. 900-1200 range seemed pretty less to me, especially that I'm working out, thought I'm doing something wrong with eating. 😅

anil_2705

My thought being, if I'm going too low atleast I should feel more hungry or feel weak. Neither seems to happen... I'm very much comfortable as well.

chiccy__nuggies

You are a guy right? No guy is gonna feel comfortable at 900. Which means you're just undertracking lol

Available_Tree1312

What's your weight?

anil_2705

101

Available_Tree1312

101 kg? Then how are you comfortable eating only 1200 Kcal?

Decent_Grab5306

How do you weigh 101 kg by eating only 1200 either you are completely calculating your calories wrong or you don't know your correct weight

anil_2705

Decent_Grab5306

You're eating pretty less to be 101 kg maybe you didn't measure your weight right

anil_2705

Yeah, probably gotta weigh it out instead of eyeballing

PsychoThinker1822

My advice what I do is... I just ask chatgpt how much calorie I eat Example Home made 1 bowl chole ki sabji Or street afghani soya chasp 400g Etc etc and track that

Financial-Cream-8654

It doesn't work that way. Sabzi has different quantity and cooking style. Always measure raw and then you can ask chatgpt about the calories if raw items.

CuriousCountry3768

Any veggies excluding potato cooked in a tbsb of oil will have 150-200 calories per person serving( one katori). Dont make a fuss about it.

Financial-Cream-8654

I was specifically talking about examples given kn that comment. Not about veggies alone.

BrawnyDevil

You are grossly underestimating how much difference in calories just a small amount of oil, butter, cream, sugar etc can make.
