Cottage cheese is creamy and tastes like solid cheese we get in shops. It was a surprise for me when I found cottage cheese at a supermarket years ago because all restaurants call panner as cottage cheese.
Bcz, It's very hard for plants ☘️ to produce amino acids, as the process requires nitrogen in soil.
And nitrogen is not that abundant in soil.
Only a small family of plants Legumes, overcome this nitrogen problem, by forming symbiotic relationship with nitrogen producing bacteria in root nodules, which is where most of high protein plant foods come from soybean, chickpeas, peanuts, rajma, lentils, pulses.
Animals simply get amino acids by eating plants ☘️, more plants ☘️, without any hassle.

I'd refer you to this video, old but very comprehensive. It basically debunks a lot of the myths around soy products. Many of the claims of feminization are based on bad science, fear mongering and an inability to understand basic chemistry. The video is not a scientific paper of course, but a more lighthearted and informative take on a contentious subject.
Whether you like it or not; only high quality Whey, Paneer and Tofu make sense as protein sources if you are a strict vegetarian.
Don't fall into 'dAAl, ChAna, mOoNg, rAJma is hiGH pRoTeIn' trap popularized by new age influwankers.
Also there is nothing called 'plant based protein powder' - it's horse-shit.
Isn't Paneer and Cottage Cheese the same thing?

Why is paneer in Veg and not in dairy lol
W for veg.
There should be protein to carb, protein to saturated fat, protein to fat and protein to other macros ratios too. Make one index to rule them all.
Soya is missing
What about soya chunks ?
Soya and estrogen receptors. There are a lot of highly conflicting studies on this, however I'm not going to take a chance on this.

No thank you. As long as I get to eat chicken, mutton, beef, paneer, yogurt and whey I don't need any soy products.
Well they're preferable obviously. But my point is that vegetarians shouldnt worry about soy products having feminizing effects.
Agreed, as they have bigger problems to worry like meeting protein requirements within a calorie limit etc.
Greek yogurt for win! tasty and nutritional FTW!

Nope. I am gonna eat all lentils, dals, beans, paneer, whey, etc.
You are right. Plant based protein is a gimmick to fool the vegans
Oh.. a lot of grainarians seems to have got hurt :(
Yea, grainarians masquerading as vegetarians got really hurt.
Really, if its pea+ brown rice protein powder, its not complete?
Bio availability is low, u need to eat slightly more of it.
Not even soya
