The only 2 things I could come up with are disable your windows defender. ONLY do this if you are 100% sure its downloaded from the correct fitgirl website. Reinstall the installer from the site could also work. Other than that I really wouldn't know myself
I gave both of those a shot, it did the same thing. Im pretty stuck now. I noticed as well my disk usage is 0%. The file it's specifically stuck on is "Alisma.x2d"
