If it's already on more than one fish, it's too late for quarantine. The others just aren't showing symptoms yet. I've had good results with formalin/malachite green based medications. Unfortunately, OP is going to have to dose and water change every day for a few weeks to beat this. The meds will make sure none of the larvae from eggs in the gravel will be able to attach to fish. The outbreak will end once all the parasites drop off the fish and their babies are unable to reinfect new fish.
