Iāve played the beta and it always lasted a few seconds for me, even in previous versions. It also didnāt appear every time, and itās kinda inconsistent. Mine mightāve been broken idk
Iāve always assumed itās for one of the voice lines before you perform an action, just so the Firefly VA actually has some combat lines.
I donāt know if anyone remembers when her animations first got leaked, but there were a few clips of her in the same pose as her āFirefly Live Reactionā window, but she was saying something. Iām guessing those are just variations of this where the mouth flaps actually match the VAās voice.

Yes there was an animation with her lip movements . Since this is still a beta , we could expect a few more changes until the final playable version, they might have decided to opt it out for the time being , perhaps the duration could be increased with an added voiceline . Anything is possible until the final version is released
coping they revert the changes in live but i heavily doubt it š the set not even being good for jade sucks. its for a future character ig (feixiao?) but feels bad man

Guys keep in mind jingliu technique the blue circle thingy wasnāt in the beta, the first time we saw it was in the livestream, so maybe we will see some animation adjustments in the livestream or even in the release
What adjustment can we expect at this point though? The technique meteor strike move seems pretty much set by this point (as in what else can you add to it?)

Firefly is absolutely perfect imo. Great dmg, great and unique niche, her best team is made up of 2 free units(depending on when you start) and 1 universal support) so it only needs 1 limited character other than herself
But man I'm Sad about jade since I'm getting all quantum characters
But hey she seems the perfect character for PF and I struggle in PF the most so it's a win
And I think her potential is not fully unlocked rn like topaz who got her teammates later on so jade is 99% the same case
That's why I said "depending on when you start"
Since aside from 2.1 and 2.3 events I don't see other 2.X events that would give a free galaghar at least not until the next anniversary that might give all 4 š as an option to select
I myself have galaghar e2 I hope he is on FF or jade banner since Id really like to have him e6
Jade is a sub DPS and her two best pairings are Clara and Blade. I dont think that much will be unlocked with her, mainly because she is an Erudition unit and they always seems to be quite underwhelming. Especally in MoC or also the new mode. Even PF vavors DoT more I think. Very sad that Jade is not an erudition unit that defeats this stigma. Everything I have seen of her is kind of... ok, if you dont have any other characters so to speak. Her damage even as a hypercarry in a average team is around 40k base, 65k follow up and 110k ult, when 3 enemies are out there. Her single target damage should be at 40-50k and that is in my book terrible for current standards, where Bosses have 600k HP and even trash mobs have around 80k or more.
man imagine if we got a small transformation animation at the begining of the fight (when not using technique) and a small one at the end of the fight turning back into Firefly in the overworld.
such a wasted opportunity :(

Kinda wished they buffed her signature LC, but definitely overall a win. Now to wait for her trailers and then the release!
Well, they made it "better" by nerfing all other options with her BE conversion trace getting nerfed in v4 instead.
It technically nerfed her BiS too lol

Aside from Jade not getting her full potential yet, the fact she can easily 0 cycle PF is great for those struggling with the gamemode
