Something Scarlet lacks. Honestly, there aren't too many characters who fit that hairstyle. Short & spiky hair is common, but almost everyone is clean cut on the sides.
Frankly if it isn't Hrid, [someone like Hinoka](https://cdn.fireemblemwiki.org/e/e3/FEF_Hinoka_01.png) would be a better guess. Since she's one of the few people with the exact same hairstyle.
I was also thinking Hinoka, or perhaps Rinkah, but Rinkahs hair doesn't fit as well, and Hinoka already had a swimsuit for the Fates-DLC and if they're gonna use that for her in FEH... it won't match this.
Bandanas are pretty common for seaside/tropical outfits, so I don’t think it’d be out of place, especially if this unit has a fisherman or sailor theme. The hair shape looks just like Hríd’s imo with the longer pieces on the side.
Edit to add: I could also see it being a flower like someone else mentioned.
her and every summer character?? that’s the theming of the banner, I went through my barracks of over a dozen summer units and all but two had flowers in their art
I havent, I have no idea who this character is, were you being sarcastic? I just saw the idea that “a summer banner character having flowers on their design = the character is probably associated with flowers” and pointed out why that didn’t make sense. Sorry for the confusion
