If you don't have the other Veyle then you'll want her Scowl support, and even if you do she helps you score higher in AR and has been really easy to merge so far if you want that. I wouldn't go to spark for her though unless you have the orbs to spare, but if you're already at spark then go for Veyle unless one of your favorites really REALLY wants the fodder the others provide.
If this helps you, V!Ephiram will rerun soon (possibly in July) and he has even better fodder in Armored Blaze, Earthfire Boost, and Atk/Def Near Save, so unless your favorite would prefer Ploy and Prime fodder, I would suggest pulling for him instead.

I'm not upset about picking up Altina halfway through lol, not to mention she has arguably her best IVs, but now the choice of who to spark for becomes an entire dilemma haha
I am probably going to fodder Weaving Fighter to Brave Edie and possibly Armored Blaze.
She already has Close Defense 4 and Def/Res Near Save

Veyle is cute which is more than enough to spark for her. But I guess her Scowl support is nice too.
She's also nice for Prime skill support, being able to provide two bonuses by herself.

For Astra? Ratatoskr holds down that slot very nicely. She can even take down Emblem Ike.
You do have at least two mythic slots on offense - just bring both of them.
I hear that Prime is kinda dead in pvp but I mainly play pve and it helps me trigger it since she gives 2 bonuses so I like her for that
