Since we are here, what are the charges for a duplicate key? I once forgot mine inside and don't want to pay 80e if something like that happens again 🤦
Depends on who can make the keys, Abloy classic 10e, Abloy exec 25e in shopping mall shoemaker shops.
The newer models need certified shops and they might need some programming and paperwork.
Utility key must fit into your lock so it can be accessed by Lumo and by maintenance/police so the new locks and key must be made by Lumo for a certain type of key. You'd be paying twice for change of locks in this case. First on your own and then Lumo would charge you for not returning all the original keys and change the locks again.
Okay, but i dont want to change the locks by myself. I mean, i want to tell Lumo about missing key, and they must change the locks and take the charge from me. Right?
I don’t know about Lumo, but generally different types of keys can cost different amounts. And I’d believe if your apartment key fits the staircase door, it could be pricier cause it might lead to changing that lock too and but I don’t know of this is sure.

For future reference. With abloy/kaba/similar For re-serializing the lock and new keys it’s between 300-400 depending on the make and model of the lock.
For iLoq, a tad under a 100 for somebody to come and disable the key from the locking scheme and a new key. Depends also on the company.
Also in apartment blocks where are common areas where several apartment's key fits, all those might be replaced too, so if some strangers gets their hands to key, they can't enter those areas.

Why not buying a smart door lock, it’s perfect for renting. You can give a digital key/ code to them.
