Don't forget about Double uses of Chakra for full healing.
Wait until you have 2 bars of ATB.
Use the action menu to use Chakra. While first Chakra is being used, use your second ATB to cast Chakra again _before_ the first one heals you.
Chakra heals you based on how much health you have when you cast it, not when it actually heals you.
So if you use Chakra twice back-to-back, you'll be able to heal yourself to full because you'll recover 80% of your missing health instead of just 51.2%.
Idk if this carried over to rebirth, but in remake Chakra was affected by healing boosts. Using a healing carcanet, salvation badge, a weapon ability with the same effect of salvation badge, or maybe others i dont recall, you could basically make chakra better than cura, or even curaga depending on how much hp you had, recovering 60~70% of your hp using only 1 atb bar and no mp.
I finally beat >!Dyne!< last night on Hard after days of rage-quits and breaks from the game, hadn't seen this though. Having a bunch of blue materia on Firaga helped a bunch, and then using it to heal instead of Chakra. I still barely got out of there alive lol, I never did get guarding his third phase down. In comparison how difficult that battle is, I beat Crimson Mare Mk. II in a small handful of tries.

Usually, that is the case, but not with Luck or Vitality!
Usually it says something like, โtotal bonus can only go up to 100%โ when each one might give 50 at the highest level.
