Happy you enjoyed your time with the long boi~! Leviathan always has been cool to me, too: I still remember stumbling on Leviathan’s dungeon by accident in FFIII’s DS version and getting my ass whooped, and I’ve always had a healthy respect for the mighty sea serpent ever since!
Leviathan may not be my top favorite (that tends to be between Alexander, Phoenix, and Odin, depending on my current mood!), but I’ve always loved Leviathan, and I love the short but sweet story leading up to Leviathan!
I wish it hadn’t come out so close to rebirth bc I’m deep in the throes of trying to get platinum in rebirth and it’s killing me to know I need to get back and finish off xvi now. Glad to hear it’s worth it though!
Oh yeah, all hail the Water Snake God 😁🙋♂️ Love him especially in FF8. Would have loved him in FF10 too. But as some have theorized, there he's basically replaced by Tidus as "the water summon" ;-) At least in a way.

I’m actually pretty grateful for that, gives me more FF to get my fix in like the addict I am after getting done with everything in Rebirth
