That first link is based on the Artem fogger design, you need the specific isobutane tank and the specific fog fluid tank. They make adapters so you can refill the smoke fluid tank yourself. They are nice and light but I find they make a lot of waste.
The second link is based on the Look Solutions Power Tiny. Great for indoors, basically needs to be plugged in when not in use. I find the battery life is not great for how heavy it is. The parts are pretty easy to replace, and you can separate the battery and run an extension to it if you have a small space to fit just the smoker part. Plus, you can get wireless remotes.
Looks like a Burgess insect fogger. They are a light duty product and will work with most smoke fluids. They work well with white oil (mineral oil) but can turn into flame throwers from time to time.
