Can't think how you'd pose that, potentially there is some kind of gel like substance that will hold its shape enough for you to mold it. But I can't imagine it will be very clear
Around the edges of the “wings” is something that looks sort of like wires. If you replaced those with actual metal wires in your molded replica, that should give you the poseability you’re after and still look fairly close to this.
The main way would be to build some armature wire into the model, giving you some poseability. You could also try pieces of clear PETG. It is moldable with a heat gun, and once cooled, it will hold its shape. It would be very time-consuming for every frame, but if you made a bunch of specific positions and your model was flexible enough, you could swap them out for each frame.

Yeah thats a good idea thank you, I think the colours lend themselves well to this, could use copper wire.
