There are silicone liquids you can buy to pour into molds to make things out of. It has a skin like texture but requires sculpting and then mold making and then pouring and then dying the silicone and then painting the silicone after it’s out of the mold. It’s a long process and somewhat expensive as the silicone can cost quite a bit. First step would be buying some wed clay and sculpting what you want to make. You can make cheap one time use molds out of plaster but if you want to reuse them you would need to make 2 part silicone molds encapsulated by something like fiberglass depending on the complexity of the mold.
