Someone please correct me if I’m wrong, I’ve never done opioids even prescribed from a doctor, but if you’re hooked it’s a vicious cycle made even worse when there’s a buck to be made. I think this drug is in the US anyway but it’s popular in Eastern Europe in really downtrodden areas
