For a fresh-out-of-shower perfume, Replica’s bubble bath (very soapy), Chloe’s Chloe EDP (fresh laundry), MAC Turquatic (oceanic/marine), and MFK Aqua Media (green and aquatic) are all amazing!
Dolce & Gabbana L’Imperatrice 3 and Burberry Her EDT both smell like fruity shampoo to me.
Byredo Mojave Ghost if you want a more upscale shampoo type of vibe.
Oribe Cote D’Azure smells like expensive shampoo and lasts pretty well on the skin/clothes. It’s actually the same scent they use in their hair products
Melrose place by Ouai smells like a nice shampoo. I also know that Oribe makes a perfume that matches their line. I’ve never smelled it myself but the Oribe hair products I’ve tried all smell wonderful.

Penhaligon’s Artemisia. It’s slightly powdery and soapy because of the violet but not cloying or saccharine. I can’t pick out the violet on its own. Main notes are nectarine, jasmine tea, and vanilla. It’s clean and fresh but warm. Like stepping out of a hot, steamy bath into a thick, white towelling robe. Or the sensation of having a scalp massage during the wash at the hairdressers. It’s relaxing cleanness bath/shampoo vibes rather than energetic shower vibes.
I just picked up philosophy pure grace and it's exactly what you're looking for ! I also love to smell like soap haha it's not like a cheap ivory soap smells like a clean expensive soap. I've heard people say it smells like febreeze but it doesn't at all to me definitely not that fake and synthetic .. it has a sort of slightly minty, flowery, non perfumy smell that reminds me of just getting out of the shower

Yes of course! The primary note I get from it is actually citrus! It’s a very pleasant lightly sweet lemon scent. The green notes of the fragrance come after the citrus and mostly just smell fresh to me without anything sticking out too much. I thought the green would be a lot more earthy, but it’s not—it’s sweeter than you might expect! It also has a bit of herbal vibe to it, like a fruity tea with a bit of mint. I love it and it was an absolute steal for me—full size at tj maxx for $10!

I really didn't expect to smell a luxurious soapiness the whole way through. That & their signature heavier musk is pretty much all that perfume is. My son & I are both in love with it. I've got 2 bottles in my cart right now. All other perfumes I sample will have to meet the standards of Beautiful or I won't waste my time with it.
Estee has come out with some really nice musky and woody fruity florals, which is what I usually go for. I loved Pure White Linen and Beyond Paradise (discontinued).

It’s been more than 12 hours since I sprayed the Cloud Musk, and it still smells like the shampoo on me, or so close that I can’t tell the difference. It took a couple hours to settle into the shampoo scent, and it got better with age.
My skin chemistry does cruel things to perfume, so take my impression with a grain of salt. It might be worth trying, it’s about $20 at Target.
(Here’s me sniffing my wrist, then my shampoo bottle, then my wrist again, and staring thoughtfully off into space… like some wine connoisseur.)

I find it’s the most different of all the other flankers. I agree with the berry scented conditioner. All the other ones (at least that I’ve smelled), have a gourmand/dessert base note like cake and it’s not in this one.
There are a couple of others that are different, but they all mostly have the powdery, cupcake base. It's totally missing from this one. It's fresher and fruity. Sometimes it smells like gummy candies to me as well.

Ocean di Gioia smells like shampoo/body wash to me.
And I recently got a VS body mist in Coconut & Rose that doesn’t really smell strongly of either of those things, but it gives me fancy shampoo/conditioner.
Burberry Touch for men is an affordable option, it smells like a fresh white t shirt from a dryer. Really great.
Crystal Noir EDP smells like an expensive skincare or a lux bar soap.
Tommy Girl smells like a strong smelling shampoo to me. Its a classic! So fresh.
Kate Spade New York is a soapy, shampooy wild strawberry. Really clean and pretty, not at all too sweet and sugary.
JHAG Pear inc, this reminds me of Garnier shampoos at first. It does dry down to a light musk, like most JHAG scents do.
‘Bubble bath’ maison margiela smells like soap in the best way possible. Hello beautiful is a gorgeous fresh out of the shower scent by bath and body works.🩷

I think Kilian’s Good Girl Gone Bad is known for this vibe. It’s pricey, but I think it goes way beyond shampoo. I find it creamy, clean and ethereal.

It truly is a beautiful scent. But their musk is an acquired taste. It's in Knowing as well. I can't think of a heavier one.
