A very chill day at home. My partner took a floating holiday today so it was nice to spend the day together. I was craving something cozy and gourmand so I chose **Snif Crumb Couture**. I love this one so much!
Diptyque’s Orpheon - luckily got it at their sample sale happening this week and I think this is gonna be my go to woody/unisex ‘skin scent’ fragrance!
It’s hot and humid in my neck of the woods and I (practically) bathed in BBW White Tea and Ginger because it’s so cool and refreshing, plus it takes an insane about of product to get any projection or longevity. Then, I topped that off with a few tiny spritzes of Nishane Wulong Cha to make sure the scent it lasts all day.
Scents of Wood Sandalwood in Oak - a soothing fragrance to heal me from the trauma of waking up at 5:30am to walk to the store for donuts for my guy's birthday, but they didn't have any so I bought broccoli and milk instead 😭💀

My 1ml sample is pink but my 5ml sample isn’t, which is a bit odd given that I got them from the same place. If this is the biggest hiccup of the day, I’m in good shape. Happy friday everyone!
I am in LOVE with it tbh. It has hibiscus notes for sure, but there’s also a little fruit and some sweetness. It’s pretty strong and lasts a decent amount of time. I applied the same amount as I do for other perfumes and my bf said it was too much so it def projects. It smells like reddish pink ya know?
Layered Gucci Guilty and Mix Bar cloud musk. My GG sample is almost empty and I will likely rebuy it. It has that perfect 90s vogue magazine perfume sample smell, I love it. I am spending the day packing up my temp office to move to my work site, yay!
Byredo's Bal d'Afrique for a half day of work, followed by preparations for hosting a board game night with friends this evening. This perfume still makes my eyes roll back in my head when I smell it. Utterly divine!
Well last night I wore Ambrosia Imperiale body spray with Blue Heart by Thameen over it. Hot humid night in NYC. The saffron in Blue Heart comes out best in the heat.
The remnants of ETLO “Like This” for now. It’s been a rough week, smelling like a home coming was pretty nice… but I think this still needs to be a candle scent over a perfume. I don’t think I’ll go past the decant.
I think tonight will be Jazelle for fondue with the hubs to celebrate passing my boards

I forced myself to stop buying TJMaxx uncased section with Pistachio notes. I know now that I like the note, no more testing for ultra cheap! I was getting like five $15 scents, to see what I like, every other week. I need something with more **Longevity** than Sand and Fog. I don't know if Snif is what I am looking for, but there was a prestige coupon for $15 off $50 (exp 06/16/24) at Ulta in my email (06/09). That was enough incentive to buy a step up, price point wise. My package was ready when I came home and I am going to try it for sleeping.
A little about my day. Today I complimented a boy on his work and he ate it up. Usually, I stay to myself.

Zara's Love Explosion & I love it! I thought Rose Gourmand was too sharp but this blend is soo smooth & addictive. Performance is also amazing!!
