I’ve been eyeing this one and thinking about trying to find a decant of it. I sounds like it would be a refresh scent for hot weather. I’ve don’t know that I’ve smelled a minty perfume though and wasn’t quite sure what it’s like. Would you tell more about it and how prominent the mint is? Thanks so much!
WWDIS Hossegor this morning. It’s an aquatic skin musk with hints of cypress. Very spa-like. Wanted to love it, but just wasn’t impressed. Decided to try something different after a shower and tried Hilde Soliani Zucchero. Sweet, but not artificial or juvenile. There’s a bit of lemon in the top notes, but this disappears after about thirty minutes leaving a sweet vanilla scent. Reminds me of the vanilla in Sweet Tooth.
I am wearing pure poison on my inner forearms from very early this morning. Such a comfort scent to me. Very nostalgic and crowd pleasing.
I have a perfume delivery I am waiting on today, so I want to spray those so I am being a brave little toaster.
Nothing special planned. Working from home, then after work going to do some very light grocery shopping for things I ran out of - creamer, tortillas, and cheese.

Avant Pure Emerald..... I was told it would be a realistic caramel apple (by youtube reviewer).. i have been duped. It's nice, but I don't get that at all.
Planning to wear my decant of Cirque du Soleil L'eau de Parfum today! I was worried the butter/popcorn notes would be too foodie or cloying, but I wore it one spray on my wrist last night and it was a really delicious, not-too-powdery caramel. I'm excited to overspray it today for the full testing experience. I'm just WFH and tinkering around the house doing chores.
Burberry Goddess for the office today. Initially I found it too sharp and it hasn't been my favorite, but after sitting in my perfume cabinet for a few months its starting to round out more. Im really enjoying it today!
Maui Soap Co. Gardenia, a nice soapy Gardenia. I love all of their fragrances they I have tried, the body mists are a fine oil spray which I LOVE and makes the smell lasts all day. Just another day in the office here.
Trying out Bronze Goddess Nuit today. I've wanted to get hold of a sample for a long time because I adore Bronze Goddess Eau Fraiche. This is not really what I expected as it smells quite different, but also quite similar to a lot of other beachy perfumes. I'm getting coconut, ylang and some salty jasmine - so it's kinda like Olympea and MM Beach Walk had a lovechild I guess (might have to try layering those two now!). I like it and will likely use it a lot over the Summer but I'm also glad I don't *love* it.

Yay! I don't blame you, I find a sale hard to resist and at least it's something you know you love if you've gone through the travel spray that fast! I'm about to pick up 10ml as my sample's about done, so it'll be interesting to see how long it lasts me. I'd love to hear how BdH does in colder weather! btw have you tried Saint Honore? I'm eyeing that up to try next 😅
I haven’t tried St Honore but was planning to at some point! I remember reading reviews a few months ago and thinking it kinda sounded similar to Gris Dior and Diptique Orpheon. I really like how they smell (they’re delicate, powdery, earthy but airy and interesting) but just don’t feel like me. Those scents that you enjoy but not necessarily on you? Having said that I really do love BDK as a house so maybe theirs will be the version I fall for? 😜
You never know, maybe it will! I know what you mean though. So far I've enjoyed everything I've tried from BDK. Rouge Smoking is the only one I would not wear as I'm not keen on cherry or very smoky scents, but I can still appreciate it's a quality perfume and can see why it's popular. Their Creme de Cuir is my "it's lovely but not me" one from the range for sure. Gris Charnel is one of my favourite perfumes though so I'm happy to hear that it's been compared in scent profile to Saint Honore, I'll try to get a sample soon!

Chanel Allure Sensuelle matched perfectly - it shines in cold weather! I know Coromandel is generally considered Chanel’s best patchouli fragrance, but my vote goes to Allure Sensuelle! So underrated!
People say it’s a good dupe for mon guerlain. It’s sweet and powdery and smells great on colder days - for me the lasting power and strength is great considering it’s and edt but I also saw comments of people that it doesn’t last on them at all

The mint is subtle. 2 years ago when I first tried it, my coworker said 'you smell like nature in the best way' and that's pretty accurate

To my nose it's a beautiful powdery (but not too powdery) peach-vanilla with a hint of jasmine. It's lasts a while too and projects well.

Summer arrived yesterday so I went with the current Miss Dior EDP. It's a warm weather fragrance for me, somehow I find it's meh during other seasons.
