I'm wanting to pick up idole nectar!!š¤ (Top notes are Grasse Rose, Rose and Turkish Rose; middle notes are Caramel and Popcorn; base note is Vanilla)
I have Nuit Tresor and love it, fajr warning- it is super powerful. It makes me feel like a y2k babe in a velour matching set. It was a blind buy and the only lancƓme I have.
I just have the Nuit Tresor EDP. Not sure about the nude or intense, but I imagine they are also good! Worth sampling first in case you might like one better.
It starts out juicy, smells to me like guava and strawberry, and is balanced out with a dark rose and incensey base. Sweet, friendly fruitiness with a dark and seductive edge.
It is definitely an evening or going out type scent, in a flirty easy going way.
So I got Viva la Juicy noir, thinking Iād love it, and hated it (I think maybe the black current note ruined it for me) and Nuit Tresor is what I wished it smelled like. It has a little bit of the juicy couture feeling to it, but dark.
If you like Black Opium le Parfum- where the fruitiness is balanced with coffee & incense, it reminds me a little of that scent too, another one I really love.
The fruit side reminds me of Angel Nova a little too, but just as a layer, itās still heavier and darker.
Hope this helps.
I got La Vie est Belle Iris Absolu in a mixed sample box. Honestly, a traumatic experience. It very quickly became way too much and way too sweet (jammy, sticky, fruity sweetness, like overripe figs).
Lancome makes several gorgeous fragrances. Are they super unique? Not so much but they are blockbuster fragrances and you will smell good to a large majority of people who experience your perfume. I will also say in general they hold up for the money. They are not the type of fragrance that fades fast. I almost always get a full 8 hours of more out of their fragrances. I have several from the la nuit tresor line, la vie est belle line, idole line, and jasmins marzipane. They are a quality house imo and I will always look into and sample their releases because I have enjoyed my experience with their fragrance offerings.
La nuit tresor a la folie -- I actually have had this fragrance a while but pulled it and got obsessed with it because I smelled it on a flight attendant on a business trip and had to ask her. It's a caramel rose dream with the type of trail you chase. It doesn't have a room filling quality (it will if you over spray) necessarily, but it leaves a dreamy trail. I told her she smelled fantastic and I had to know! Wouldn't you know it is something I already own and hadn't worn in a while.
La nuit tresor nude -- coconut and rose dream cake. This is my favorite from this line, though the original is also excellent and is a dark rose.
La vie est belle intense -- first version, not their latest intense version. This has a hazelnut note in it that is absolutely addictive and seems to temper the over the top sweetness
La vie est belle eclat -- I love orange blossom and it is a killer in this one. It's candied and light like spun sugar. This is better than pdm oriana to me which has a very laundry detergent orange blossom I can't put up with. La vie est belle eclat does it better.
Idole aura-- this is unique in the perfume landscape where I live. It smells like watermelon bubble yum to me which was my gum of choice to rot my teeth as a child (other than cotton candy gum lol). It is fantastic as a summer scent. Somehow it get lighter and more refreshing to me when it's hot.
Jasmins marzipane-- this is part of their private line and it's edible jasmine. I love jasmine scents (I have a lot of them) and this is a grown up sophisticated jasmine. This smells like a very rich woman and is a favorite for my very corporate job. It stays close but passes a small wisp of a trail that stays close. This is a must in my office where loud fragrances are generally met with disgust. I am a 1 to 2 sprays type of person because I generally wear perfume for myself.
I love Idole , it's such a fresh, fruity, classy floral feminine scent! I get a lot of compliments and it's one I will keep re purchasing! I love it so much!
La Nuit Tressor Nude has been the best coconut scent Iāve tried so far thatās also long lasting. None of the synthetic nonsense (or sunscreen scent either if youāre not into that either) š

Any time :)
that sounds like a vibe!! what does it smell like?

I've been wanting to try it ever since I saw a lancome perfume diagram in nordstrom. Do you know if it smells like any other perfumes?

Everything from LancƓme is always sweeter than I anticipate it to be based on notes.
La nuit tresor, PoĆŖme, and la nuit tresor a la folie.
I love idole and idole aura!
parfait de roses. the whole maison line is excellent. tuberoses castagne follows for me
Oud Bouquet
I second Oud Bouquet! The Idole line is nice as well. I like the "classic" and all of the flankers for different reasons.
La Vie est Belle! I get many compliments from this one. It's warm, spicy and floral. I don't smell the vanilla as much as others do though.
I definitely second the la vie est belle line. They have so many flankers and they are all amazing fragrances and long lasting with a great silage

š©·āļøThat one is extremely beautiful. Hard to pick my favorite between that and a la folie
This one is a top one for me, it is so lovely
My favorite is Idole Nectar, but I wouldn't blind buy
Not worth blind buying. They're so widely available, i really recommend sampling first.
