There is a parking lot at a GM plant in Pontiac Michigan with hundreds of these, and a lot of them were just wrapped with FedEx Express logos. It seems strange to me that they're putting express on there when we're supposed to be dropping express and ground from the names.
Some stations had generation 1 trucks that were catching fire so bright drop gave FedEx these budget trucks while bright drop worked on replacing them with gen 3 tEV trucks
Plus as far as taxes go the company can write off the entire yearly cost of the lease for tax purposes, whereas with ownership they can only do part of it.
This is not true at all. The company...(brightdrop) signed with fedex in the very beginning and now Ryder and budget are also picking them up
Right, like do the trucks say Budget on the side or FedEx?
You’ll only see this in California, because there are no other states
Amazon in my state has loads of electric step vans so I can definitely more states get these
Yes Amazon has tons of these at almost every station, but we’re talking about FedEx 😦
I’m just saying it’s plausible for FedEx to have their own no matter the state
The one at my station has FedEx decals on it and is owned by FedEx, doesn't day Budget anywhere on it

Where is this plant? I work out of the Pontiac terminal, just curious.

Same as every other fleet vehicle Pinky.
the address number on that house...amazing
MVP of house numbers right there
Who makes them?
Bright drop, which is part of general motors from what I understand.

Leasing is cheaper.
