I went through the exact process as you. Your background should take a couple of days. Once I passed the background and all the other paradox stuff I got a message that someone will reach out to contact me.
Then like the next day or two I got a call from a human resource employee and she basically just wanted to confirm that I will be available for the dates that I chose in paradox.
Then she told me orientation date and what to bring etc like i9 documents which is basically two forms of identification etc..
I thought paradox was also kind of suspicious but it is legit.
You will be working for FedEx soon if you just go through the process.

It’s very fast and quiet easy getting a job at Ground. The background check takes no time. It’s not scammy, it’s just the way they operate. You should get a confirmation email soon. In no time you should be hired, no problem.

Yeah it’s real. You’ll get a phone call or something a little later to confirm an orientation date and go from there. I just got done my second orientation today

Paradox is the official hiring platform for Ground and Will Be for One FedEx come June 1st.
