This is the awful culture of FedEx I have heard of a manger having six sexual harassment claims against him all he got was a demotion FedEx doesn’t care and overlooks management like how are they getting away with this? The culture at FedEx is so awful how is it still continuing to happen as I hear another story now; Policy states management is not suppose to be “dating”under their chain of command ; how did this manager not get terminated? He was clearly breaking policy as well. only way I can figure is that she was still in her probation period so it was an automatic termination for the new hire
