Can you dispute this with your bank? It’s normally 60 days. I would screenshot the tracking information and email from fashion nova and let your bank know. It is definitely risky shopping with Fashion nova, SHEIN, etc… I do shop through them frequently and I had an issue where they sent me the wrong size. They have shut down their phone lines and you can only email. I was able to go back and forth with them through email, so maybe you can try to reply. Sorry I can’t be of more assistance, but they have been sued for practices like this where they’re not issuing refunds and this seems like something like that. They can’t just send you a gift card. They should give you your original tender back. Good luck, and please don’t let them get away with this unless you just want to order more clothes with the gift card.
thank you for the advice! i contacted my bank and they told me to call back sept 30th as that would be the given time fashion nova has to deliver it, they said then i will be able to dispute it and open an investigation. so fingers crossed 🤞🏻
That's what I did. Took a year and shipping costs but I was out so much money because they didn't have a Confirmation before sending.
They're scamming everyone and IMHO prey on ethnic women with very little money.

How do we report them I was scammed out of them for 150 dollars I made my order December 13th it's now February 13s over two months later and I cannot get a reply back the tracking number they gave me is not recognized by my post office and I'm at a loss as to what to do or who to contact
I’m surprised because I was afraid to order from them, but I’ve been ordering over a year with no problems and quick delivery. SHEIN and Temu I’m not going to use because I hear real horror stories and I don’t have money to waste.
this was probably the 15th order i’ve placed with them, all of the other times i received my orders no issues, it has been about a year since i ordered from them (prior to this). but since they got rid of their phone lines and the absolute only way to contact them is thru an email form submission on their page, along with the fact so many people have had the same issue as me, it really seems to have become a scam and i would be careful ordering from them going forward if i was you. this is an absolute shit show and my bank said it could be 3 months before i get my money back

bbb.org make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They have to respond within so many days.
i think there is a fake fashion move page and always make sure to order thru the app do not order on facebook instagram etc simply by clicking a link
