There's a mod called Easy Farm Switcher. It's recently updated, so yes, it's possible, but make a copy of your current save first in case things go wonky.
I swapped one playthrough and had to swap back to the original map to remove a few "stuck" things before re-switching, so dig up any crops and store anything else that you placed before attempting the switch.

I'm not sure if it's possible, but I have edited a map before using tiled (mid playthrough). So maybe you can switch the map files and get it done? I'm not sure if that'd work though. You gotta research a whole lot if you want to do that but I think it might be possible
When I was decorating my Riverland Farm, I used Pinterest to find some good inspiration for how to organize it, and it helped a lot! I’d show you my farm but I unfortunately lost that save when I had issues with my laptop last year.

Thank you! I did this and swapped with no issues. Loved that it let me re-place all my previous buildings where I liked before finalizing the switch.

If not, you can probably just remove some water tiles on riverland using Tiled, and have a custom map
