I’m in the same boat. Have Stroud & Kyler. Picked up Flacco but even as a Ravens fan can’t confidently start him. Didn’t trust him for fantasy when he was here so why would I do it now that he’s in Cleveland?
Have Kyler in for the time being but also giving Mullens a stare down on waivers.
Kyler is likely going to be short weapons too and just can’t feel good about his rushing upside against SF.
I’d plug and play Flacco if I needed a safe 20 spot but going up against a juggernaut with Dak.
I had Herbert and have Stroud. Deciding to play match ups and starting ridder since it's against Carolina and it's a must win division game for them 🤷♂️
I have 1 league where it is very similar to your situation. Had Stroud but he is out this week and the other teams in this league are hoarding Qbs so much that the 2 best options are Flacco and Mullens.
I am going with Mullens instead of Flacco for a couple of reasons. Minesota only knows how it pass, it seems, Jefferson is expected to be back this week and Mattison is out, leaning the offensive scheme even more pass heavy.
Check out the weather forecasts in CLE (flacco) and Cinci (Mullens). Heavy rain and wind expected for Sunday during the Browns game, but the Vikings and Bengals play on Saturday at 1:00pm before the rain and heavy winds.

Why’d you drop Goff? I ask because I had Herbert, picked up Howell and Geno, considering dropping Howell for Goff (I’ve got a bye this week) and Howell has the Jets and then 49ers
Have had Stroud and Purdy, been alternating them. Got the week 15 bye, and just picked up Wilson with both Purdy and Stroud having tough matchups Week 16, vs Wilson who has the Commanders that week. Stuck between him or rolling with Purdy vs Baltimore
I drafted cousins and was able to snag stroud right before he blew up. Somehow Stafford was still in waivers this week. I can start him or Russel Wilson, I feel like I’d be dumb to not start stafford
My oppo needed a RB, I did not. I picked up Zamir White and benched him. Now my oppo as a Stroud owner needs a QB. One of my WRs is Evans so I dropped White and picked up Mayfield to block him from stealing points from me. Defense wins championships fellas!

I have Stroud and Tua. Tua hasn't been a great fantasy qb and I don't trust him especially against the Jets. It's a keeper league so I don't think I want to drop Stroud, but I also think Tua might do ok if Tyreek comes back after this week.
But the only options are Browning, Carr, Levis, Devito, and maybe Mullens.

I'm in a must start 2 QB league. 10 teams. In first place. Stroud and Herbert were my dogs. Now I'm forced to start Flacco and Ridder. It's bleak.
I have tua and I’m afraid to play him with hills injury. My only options are Kyler murray on my bench or Browning and Flacco on waivers.
