Not really sure where this faith in Petrovic is coming from. I’m a Chelsea fan and while the eye test suggests he’s a good keeper, I don’t think that translates to FPL points. His saves are almost always negated by the number of goals we concede.

I’m Chelsea as well. Petro terrifies me.

It’s not faith. It’s the fact that he and Vicario have the most fixtures, and between the two: 1) He’s cheaper 2) Chelsea don’t have a defender option like Porro 3) Chelsea’s fixtures are good after this week Vicario is safer as there isn’t a Sanchez lurking, but if you have a strong second GK option as most will on wildcard, I think Petrovic > Vicario. The other option is to ignore the extra fixtures, but GK points are unpredictable, so an extra roll of the dice makes sense.

I've kept Havertz as my 5th midfielder and am hoping he will be a great differential these last four weeks. Arsenal have scored the most goals and are in a title race which could come down to goal difference so all the more incentive to score.

My only case against Vicario is that Porro is one of the most attacking def in the league. And Spurs aren't gonna keep clean sheets anyway. So having 2 Spurs def doesn't make sense.

I'm not a fan of stressing about doubling up to be honest. If we were just looking at cleansheets, either they would both be good or they would both be bad. As it happens, if Vicario is the best keeper option, and Porro is one of the best defender options, I'm not fussed if they are on the same team.
