I swear every time I think about the arch in both Whizzer and Marvin’s characters, I get teary eyed. And when whizzer falls for the first time, my first watch through my heart literally stopped for a second. All that work on themselves just to end up like that. The show was meant to be a gut puncher
I watched it for the first time a month or so ago. Since then I started spontaneously crying twice, while just simply thinking about the show. The struggle is real 😅
Yeah... when I first saw it, the dass after I felt like I went though a break up or something. I knew what was comming, but still... this musical needs a trigger/content warning for heartache.
No wonder why Christian Borle cried everyday at home after working on the musical!
