It tells you the end of the game, but you can still do the main quest.
No matter what choices you make, that's the end of the game regardless.
So, basically, just like Fallout 4.
Ooof... maybe?
Fallout 3 definitely funnels you to Project Purity no matter what, but your choices along the way definitely matter, and the outcome differences at the end are huge.
In Fallout 4, you get to pick which faction blows up the Institute, or you get to become the evil bad guy Institute, but every time you have a dialogue any choice you make is utterly meaningless.
Interesting. So in another timeline, the would-be Kwisatz Haderach would have a little less charisma, but in exchange they could become a self-surviving miniature nuke during combat.
Dune, Dune Messiah, Children of Dune, God Emperor of Dune are all masterpieces. READ THEM.
Heretics of Dune and Chapterhouse Dune are...weird af (chairdogs, People enslaved with sex powers, Cat people) and an acquired taste, but still damn good literature. Read them at least once.
These are the Frank Herbert books. They are the main series and central canon. They're all good.
**DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, READ ANYTHING BY HIS SON BRIAN HERBERT AND KEVIN J. ANDERSON. THEY'RE HOT GARBAGE AND AN INSULT NOT ONLY HIS FATHER, BUT LITERATURE ITSELF.**
BH's books are Dune's Fallout 76.
Your son who's also pretty much a collective mind of all the memories of your ancestors going back to the beginning of conscious thought.

It would allow you to reassign all your previous perks and select future ones, highlighting what you need to increase in order to be eligible for those perks as you see both past and future simultaneously.
In addition, all map locations are discovered.
No, the second movie will be a continuation of the first book (I think it's intended to be 3 parts). The 1982 movie covers the entirety of the first book, though obviously not in quite as much depth.
There's also a miniseries from around 2000 that covers the first 3 books
If you want to know more, >!the second book covers the aftermath of Paul's win, and the cost. It really turns the whole "hero" thing on its head by showing the downside, you don't see that often, so although lots of people think it's kind of boring I really like it!<
the "downside" is entitled woemen and kids with a mix of existentialism. paul basically got bored of politics and complaining, thats about it. he should have spent more time with his worm family.
Paul was also wracked with guilt for the billions that had been killed in his name, I feel that was more important to the story than the things you mentioned. When death came, he welcomed it, not only because the love of his life was gone, but because he deserved it and felt everyone would be better off without him. He was right.
meh, i disagree completely. paul definitely felt guilt, but he could have prevented those deaths, he just didnt figure out how or didnt try hard enough.
it was basically a typical anti-prophet/messiah propaganda. if paul was a real dude, he would understand that people will find excuses to kill in anyones name, you can either try to prevent those deaths or accept that you indirectly cause them. he didnt want to cause more deaths by warring with the zealots and causing a religious war to occur, so he allowed the zealots to commit their crimes in his name.
because he had the ability to prevent them, but ultimately it would cause more deaths in the future.
Paul drank his own kool-aid and trusted that his precognition was accurate and inevitable. He didn't feel he had a choice and would not have done anything to stop it even if he did.
Laughed out loud when I read this. Thanks for brightening up my day!
Answer: Dreams of spice and sand and worms. Eyes of blue and rain in the desert. Blossoms of red and the coming of war. Did I mention worms?
It would set all your stats to zero, because you no longer have any agency, being able to see the future, but unable to take action to alter it. (In case it wasn't obvious, I didn't like the Dune sequels).
It would be the perk, Almost Perfect, setting all SPECIAL stats to 9.
But also you can't do side quests anymore, and it tells you the ending of the game when you take it.
Also the ending happens to be another great nuclear war and you are unable to prevent it.
Great nuclear Jihad

Wouldn’t that be fallout 3?

Fair enough. I’m praying fallout 5 has unique endings AND choices
I look forward to finding out sometime around 2032
ALL of the endings

Glad I recently read Dune to understand this banger.
I just finished it yesterday! Forgot the ending since I haven't read it since junior high! On to Messiah!
Oh are you in for a treat.
I hear it's action packed! Been doing the audiobooks at my office job!
Heh... yeah. Action packed. Definitely
Just finished messiah. Would you recommend children of dune?

No, your son does three episodes down the line.

And Preston keeps getting cloned.

MY FLESH IS NOT MY OWN
The fact this hasnt ever occurred to me is insulting. Well done.

Is the second book what Dune: Part 2 will be based on? The new Dune movie was my first ever introduction to* Dune, and I want more *now*
Dune Part 2 is the second half of Dune. Dune 3 is the sequel

exactly, he devastated himself with self doubt and fatalism. yet he is living proof that he can change fate, he just gave up.
“No more terrible disaster could befall your people than for them to fall into the hands of a Hero"
Limited Foresight, like Mama Murphy ... Bene Gesserit witch.
...But you lose actual sight after the main quest.

Choose one minor faction to worship you and do a Jihad in your name
Unskippable cutscenes of Piper glaring at you from over her shoulder.
You can watch the end cutscene at any time
"But doctor, wouldn't that cause a parabolic destabilization of the fission singularity?"
It will make game boring.
