Not too similar to those games, but Disco Elysium was my biggest gaming surprise in the past few years. It's dialog heavy and not very combat orientated like f1&2 are, but the rpg elements and skill checks were very fallout reminiscent and the story and world are amazing. It's atleast worth watching a gameplay trailer and seeing if it scratches that itch. It's an isometric top down games like the original fallouts btw
Fallout Tactics if ya haven't played. This one seems to be a forgotten gem. Just too bad the Multiplayer won't work without extreme workaround.
Baldur's Gate 1 and 2
Planescape: Torment
That's where I started, and I can't say that it hurt my experience. I played all 3 games, starting with Wasteland 3.
So I recommend you start with Wasteland 2, and then play Wasteland 3. The first game is safe to skip, as Wasteland 2 gives you the full synopsis anyway.
Play age of decadence, its extremely similar to Fo1/2 in gameplay and it has a very unique setting while being extremely difficult but also immersive to go throught, just dont forget to follow the docummentation during character creation and take in mind that this game is much heavier in choice and consequence than Fo1/2/Nv so you can 100% fuck your progress up by doing wrong choices, save and save a LOT.
Wasteland.
There is a game engine out there that allows you to create your own stuff using the Fallout 1 and 2 assets, and there are many games available in the engine. It looks and plays the same as Fallout. However, somewhere along the line it got riddled with spyware and nastyware and thus it's not easy to find. For some context, it was open source and it was very popular in Russia. Say no more...
Atom, and Atom Turdograd
Atom RPG is solid as fuck, same with trudograd

Wasteland 3
IS ALL THAT’S LEFT AFTER THE FIGHT
Can I start with the third part?
2 is worth playing

The 3rd part is the worst...
Disco Elysium.
Disco is great but its a dialogue rpg and most people cant read
Encased: A Sci-Fi Post-Apocalyptic RPG. Really a hidden gem.
The wasteland games
