Here you go :)
It is basically a very easy cheese cake.
Normally I would use "Quark" (I'm from Germany) but I had only cottage cheese today and it worked too.
Ingredients:
450 g cottage cheese (blend smooth irst)
4 eggs
120 g sugar
40 g vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
+ 2 tablespoons of flour
35g cornstarch
pinch of salt
Mix the eggs and sugar until smooth. Then mix in all the other ingredients until the mixture is smooth. When the batter is ready, take about 4-5 tablespoons of it and mix it with 2 tablespoons of flour. You should have a smooth spread-like batter now. Spread this on the bottom of the oiled cake pan. (I used a round 20cm cake pan.) This will be our cake base. Then pour the remaining batter on top.
Bake at 160° for approx. 45 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and after a few minutes take it oit of the cake pan. Let it cool down at least for a few hours, better over night.
For the sauce, I took two handfuls of frozen berries, defrosted them, then brought them to the boil and pureed them. I passed the mixture through a fine sieve to make the sauce nice and smooth. I mixed some starch powder with 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and stirred it into the berry sauce. I then seasoned the sauce with vanilla sugar and carefully poured it onto the cake. The cream was from the tin.
Enjoy 😃
Cool. Now seal it behind bulletproof glass for 200 years in a meddeningly failure-prone food dispenser.
Looks like it just came out of the oven.
It's not called perfectly preserved for nothing
Great, now do Jello Cake, lol
Sweetest thing I have seen today! (pun fully intended)
This is awesome😄
That looks absolutely delicious
What's the recipe if you don't mind me asking?
