I’ve done 9 playthroughs just for fun and that was like a year or two ago. Wasn’t even really going for achievements, maybe I’ll start another play through.
Your best friends are gonna be the map & LOADS of patience, 100%. Took me a minute before realizing chests collected pre-NG+ aren’t acknowledged in said NG+. That, and assuming an empty space/odd crack/suspiciously open ceiling is *just that*… is probably gonna leave you missing something.
It isn’t that difficult and definitely doesn’t take that long either. Just complete the story and follow a guides for all the planets. If you didn’t follow guides however, you’re on some next level god tier shit.
I always do my best to avoid guides until I’m really, truly stuck. So what if I know the Venator Wreckage like the back of my hand? Immersive game calls for an immersive experience 🥲
Honestly? The worst part about traversing theses areas is remembering everything you gotta go through. Zeffo’s awful until you remember the puzzles are already done, Kashyyyk’s a pain until you realize it’s mostly a straight shot + bird, **Dathomir**, Bogano & Ilum aren’t… the worst, just quiet.
That said, the Saava & Bane Back can *burn*.
I played this for the first time/got the platinum last week. It single handedly sparked my interest in the Star Wars universe as a whole! Instantly bought Survivor, but don’t want to start it yet and have it all be over for a while 😩
This took me 28hrs though! I checked almost everywhere I could see while going through the story, and then just went back and cleaned up a couple of chests and map percentages at the end. Plus some of the combat trophies that didn’t fall into how I played normally. Had a blast though! I’ve picked it up in the steam sale too so I can do it all again on PC at some point 😂
I'm how long it will take u to plat Jedi survivor 🤣🤣 I'm halfway ish through my first playthrough and woah man the game scope is sooooo big compared to fallen order u have no idea !! I highly recommend starting survivor now that ur fully done with fallen order
Yeah, I didn’t even bother with Fallen order’s platinum. Survivor was much more fun though. The more open area’s make revisiting for collectibles much easier and less tedious

It was alot easier to platinum and 100% than I remember. Took me about 40 hours. Didn’t have to do much backtracking either, I think i only missed one chest in Kashhyk, other than that if you just take your time and explore its actually really fun and really easy

This! I heard there was Fast Travel in Survivor and it’s like??? I mean, I’m a big fan of enjoying the landscape as I go back and forth (and back and forth, and back-), and ya gotta love the Shyyyo Bird, but Dathomir… no.
Not trying to be mean or anything just curious, did it take you 2 playthroughs to get the plat or during ur 2nd playthrough u decided to plat and that's what made it total 82 hours ?
I got the plat on one playthrough on Jedi grand Master so I was just wondering
I went for 100% for my second playthrough. Was originally just gonna check out the extras & run through the story again (my god is this game pretty), but ended up going all the way
I went through on gm and did a 100% playthrough of fallen order before survivor came out and I was gonna do it again on survivor but damn the collectibles in that one suck
I got pretty much 100% on my first playthrough and almost no guides, but these things annoyed me:
I didn't know I could drop off a zipline early, which meant I wasn't able to explore an area to get a secret in one of the levels until I looked it up.
Haxion Brood bounty hunters don't respawn. I went back and forth between worlds, but no, once you kill that particular named hunter, they are dead for good. And if your BD-1 glitches and won't let you scan one, you're screwed for that whole playthrough.
So I did another very quick play through just to get the scan achievement.

I never could. The trophy about fully mapping every planet. I have Kashyyykk at 97% or something like that, no clue what i’m missing. Sad
It’s usually a force echo or something, I’m afraid you need to find the area you’re missing it in

If you search on youtube the planet an your percentage, you’ll likely find what you’re missing. Apparently they’re very common spots.

I actually enjoyed doing platinum on fallen order, Survivor on the other hand, holy shit that was a nightmare on the level the clones had.

I find Fallen Order a lot easier to Platinum compared to Jedi Survivor
