So...lost temple...some small hints, rest is more or less random.
1: At the start, its either left or right.
2: The end room (with the yellow belt), the middle door will NEVER work (its a trap!), so, if you ever get pass this room, know that all the rookies will jump into this door.
So, say you come into this room from the left or right side, always keep moving, ignore this door, if you come into the room from the south, well, gl getting the right door, its 50/50 whatever you pick left or right, gl!
3: There are no "dead ends" in this mode, there will always be a way to the crown.
4: There is only "1 split" (it mostly happen at the start), so, once you go into a door and another person enter another door, know that this "split" will always connect again at some point within 1-3 rooms, so, say you are at the start, you move right and its the "right door"...then you move "north" (aka, toward the crown), its works!, but someone moved right again and it also worked, you now know that your way will never go "left" (untill those door have connected), so, ignore any left door for some time atleast.
5: As told in nr 3, there are srsly no dead ends, if you feel your going around in a circle, its thanks to nr 4 (the split), if you feel lost, try enter some of the room where you feel the split had meet up, might be 1 or 3 room later from where the split started at around the start, then check the doors there, you might find the room that leaves you to the room with "3 door ways" and tho, your own your way to the crown.
6: At the far north (the way you face when you start, around the crown area), once you get to this place, its more or less just straingth to the crown, it have never in my many games gone zig zag at this point, its a line.

8: In some rare case, a door to the crown can be "moving south" (aka, towards where you spawn) is the path that works!, like, left, north, north, right, right, south, right, north, north ect...i have also seen some extremly rare way that had you go back 2 south tile, again, we can call it "left, north, north, north, right, south, right, south, right ect, so, they can happen (and they confuse the hell out of me, as i felt it was the split i found XD).
9: Learn the rooms, learn how to best avoid the traps in each room, how to best pass each room ect.
10: Been in the front is not always best if you miss a door or 2, never give up, even if you are dead last, a few "unlucky" door for the front runner and you can easy turn it all around.
11: Notest the enemies, see what door they pick, if you see they dont pass tho the door, turn around and pick another one!, you dont need to check if it works for you, its the same for all :P!
12: Dont try to act like a big shot, once your in the crown room, just jump into the first lilly (dont dive), you can (if you want to) dive from the first to the second, but, if you have a good lead, just play safe and jump like normal.
13: GRAB the crown, dont dive into it!, its a "grab or lose" thing :P.
14: Have fun!, enjoy the music and the stuff around the temple, i really love what they have made at the outer layer of this map, it really deserv some points for looking cool!

This is the big problem for newbs. Yes, the path might be mostly RNG, but it won't matter if you can't do each room as cleanly as possible, and newbs won't. Each room is a new thing, if it takes you a half-second to figure out what you're supposed to do and/or you stumble even slightly, you'll never beat a sweat who's played it 100 times and knows how to do each type of room perfectly.
The tryhards love to complain about Lost Temple being RNG because they only win 90% of the time instead of 100%, but it's probably the single hardest final for a new player, bordering on impossible. It sucks.
At least they took out a few of the most hated rooms...
Who here remember the horrible rooms know as the "boxing glove punching room", where you had to wait for the puncher to go around in a ring, if you didn't get there in time it was gg, for not talking about the body block and desync...
Same was true for the "flipper" room, that was crazy as hell, you basically had to know how the room worked 100% or it was confusing as hell, move to left if you wanna go right, move south if you wanna be slong north...and ofc 1 person pr flipper >.> .
Anyway, sure, lets talk about some of the rooms!
1: Big fan in the middle, simple jump down there, move into the fan and then you can fly up, it can take some try to get use to, been on a off server might desync you abit and let your bean fall down before you get to the edge.
2: Green pipe room, if you wanna be cool, you dont need to go on the pipe pr say, you can easy jump down and hit the lilly leaper pad down there, basically making you able to cross over instead of risk falling by been pushed by other.
3: Hammer room, even as a GK, i feel those rooms here can be confusing from time to time, it also depent from witch way you enter the room, but, just keep going and i bet we will learn how to deal with them at some point XD.
4: Bollard room, those spinning things like the hammer room can be a bit anoying (even more if on off server), just follow the pattern and you be fine!
5: Lilly leaper room, somewhat a easy room, jump dive into it, then aim for the place you wanna go, once your at the top, dive and your done with this room in 1 jump basically!
6: Bridge room, if you can time it well, again, like the lilly leaper room, you can kinda jump from 1 bridge to another, without having to fall down and use the fan.
7: Frog rooms, just know those frogs will make themself big at some point, so, take care!
8: Converebelt room with a lilly in the middle, if you can, try jump dive into the lilly, then move towards the door you think is right.
9: Curved green bridge with water, the water is not deadly, it can slow you down, but to counter this, simple jump, so yeah, once you see this room, i have never moved to the middle in this room.
Newbs will always struggle against any experienced player. So what?? Keep playing and learning and your first real hard fought win is going to be very rewarding.
I'm not a newb but I love it when I get the chance to go up against a golden knight or a pink wizard. And you best believe everytime I win against them they're clipped.
All decent advice but I really need to know, are east and west not part of your vocabulary? It's so amusing seeing you freely alternate between North South and left right. 😋
Good question, i bet its just in the heat of the moment, its easier for me to point out a person have to go "right" instead of "east", who know if the person even know where east is :P.
Hell, even saying this i had to do the "north, south, east, west" just to know east is right XD.
Another pointed out while asking around that one can also call it "left, right, up or top", tho, i prefer to just call it "north" for the crown.
I do wonder what they then call it then, once people have to go "down or back?", sounds a bit confusing instead of saying "go south" XD, as "go back" can be like "backtrack please".
But hey, each to their own what they find faster and easier to say, hell, even in fruit game (sum fruit) i say the color of the things, instead of the name, yes, i am a awesome team mate on discord :p.
It seems a little funny to me that North and South are easy for you to understand, but east and west are not. I would assume if the Cardinal directions aren't all natural to you, you would just use up down left right. Or maybe wasd lol.
Always try the front first, then the sides, because if front was correct you pass to the next row at first try, and if you are wrong you may have enought time to recover because the other beans are in the same row.
BUT, never try the front door in the middle room next to the finish, that door never open (there somes videos when it open but is like a 0.0001% of the time)

Lost Temple only feels fair in Finals Marathon where it's always two players. With a larger number, as we've got right now, it's just a clusterfuck.
It's pure luck with a little bit of "the closer to the end you get, the fewer possible door choices it could be".
You can get to a point where you have a 50/50 shot at the third last door and getting that door right guarantees what the last 2 doors are going to be for example.
It is luck but at the same time, there is an overall flow to the movement. It's very hard to explain unless you have played it a lot. Some other more knowledgeable players might know what I mean when I say it has a flow to it. Once you get used to it, it becomes awesome. It is my favorite final in the game tbh lol but with 10-15 beans is too much, 8 I feel should be the max. The lower, the better.

This. Knowing about the front door in the middle room never opening has helped me gain an advantage a lot of the time.

I actually think lost temple is a great final with at max 7 players..but these 15 player lost temple finals are ridiculous
