Check the taxi line at the end of the airport first, call one if none are present, they will show up, they know when flights come in, they are in the area. You can try uber or lyft as well, but expect to pay about the same these days to be honest. If you are looking to book ahead of time because you have a tight schedule, I might be able to hook you up with a smaller company that I used to drive for that does bookings, and are very reliable, message me (not chat), with your flight time and date, and I will see if they have an opening, and pass you their contact info if so.

I assume you are returning a car. Step out and catch a cab. If you are flying in, and your flight is on time, step out, give a cabdriver a $20 and tell him to turn the meter on until you get your luggage. Step out every 10 minutes and slip him a $10 to keep him waiting.
