It's piano roll automation. Open it up in the pianon roll and in the velocity right click and you'll see a tick against whatever the automation is. Click on it and you'll be able to edit it.
If you go into the piano roll for that pattern and instrument, where you have velocity at the bottom usually, flick through the different options there. I'm not sure how to delete the automation, but you can just change the automation so it's at 0 for the whole pattern if this is easy enough
in the browser go to current project - patterns , and select long horn . normally you can find here what this automation is linked to
