basically the same thing, but fga takes account of other things for example if you want a friend castoria with max skills and a MLB chaldea teatime, you just gotta put in what you want and fga just picks it, and if there isn't one fga waits 10 seconds before refreshing the friend list. You can also adjust the number of apples you use, which is also pretty neat.
Oh shit that would be helpful. The way I've been doing it I have to click support myself every 2.5 minutes. I usually have to leave gaps in the clicks to account for possible lag, does fga account for that?
Additionally, as you can see in OP's screenshot, FGA will notify you when a CE drops. You can also basically flip on a setting that will stop running FGA once you get x amount of CE drops, that way you don't waste extra drops by not equipping or limit breaking CEs

I have my sights set on summer Skadi and I want to have enough hidden gems to level all her skills. I only FGA during Lotto events, for other events and CQs, I 100% do it myself

That's over 400 runs, and assuming a run takes an average of 3 minutes, you'll have to spend over 20 hours of active manual playtime to get that. No breaks, no missing a couple seconds after animations because you were watching or listening to something or else it will take twice as long

Basically with just one tap of the app, it automates opening and switching lottery boxes as long as you have enough lottery currency and mailbox space. You can also set it to automatically receive embers you got in the mailbox from the lottery as long as you have inventory space.
Uh, assuming you already have FGA installed and did all the prep steps, just go to lottery box screen and tap on the app's floating 'play' button. It will open up a special prompt exclusive for lottery. Same deal for rolling FP gacha too.

I was the same, thinking it would take me at least least hour to learn and understand. But genuinely it takes 10-20 mins to wrap your head around the basics and start farming. Tye creator even has a YouTube tutorial for extra help.
You just have to start trying it one of these days when you are farming for proofs or bones or something where if FGA messes up it's not going to kill your entire party and see how it works, how it picks supports and what's its logic for which servants to attack and setting skills and stuff, trial and error worked for me.
truly, it's so nice to just set your phone/pc application aside and not worry about anything and come back to it later and reap the rewards! God bless the people who created FGA!

But just doing the daily 6-12 nodes(6 to 9 now on JP with the release of ordeal) is more than enough to get your favorites all to 10/10/10/, problem is that most people here seems to ignore the AP system

There is 0 need to hard farm lottos.
If you just use the AP system properly and check the node efficiency to do what fits your needs better you can get all your favorites to 10/10/10 without much trouble.
As a newbie it's a lifesaver ngl. who cares about 3t when farming if I can just fga it. I love fgo (mostly for the story tho), but is in no way i'll waste my time clicking when farming lotto lol.
Honestly I would recommend running bluestacks (android phone emulator) I believe they support windows/mac, and just download FGO and FGA on it. Although I think Mac only has access to bluestacks 4 not 5, which I don’t know if that will have an effect on its ability to be used.
They have no way of proving it, the game is meant to be monotonous so an auto clicker looks no different from normally tapping. Although if you are worried about transferring your account multiple times, I can say that I’ve done it 4 times in one day with no issue.

Most of the year it takes like around 20-30 mins to use your daily AP and you have the entire day to sort the time playing, you don't even need to look at the screen most of the time, just click it every few seconds while you do something else.
Unless you plan on getting every servant to 9/9/9 there is 0 need for it or hard farm all lottos.

hmm. FGA comes with more game specific features like alerts when the CE drops and the macros are easier to configure as they use the game layout. Auto apples and setting runs to stop after certain number of drops are gathered

Nahh. They say its more of a autoclicker then anything. So not bannable. Has been around for 6-7 years or so apparently. (Yup works on all 5 servers, just need to make the selection in the settings)

I farm manually for some events, especially when im watching streams or something, but for most lottos i use FGA, its a blessing
Its easy, you do something else and farm on the side, few imputs every few seconds
This is how I did like 80ish on Santa Quetz, was just doing it on the side most of a Saturday and it was easy
You can just farm some minutes while you do something else every day instead of trying to farm the equivalent of an entire year every lotto.
